I wouldn’t stay here again
I checked in late, the lady at the front desk acted as if I was disturbing her evening chat on the phone. When I got into the room it looked nice enough, but as I was sitting at the desk I noticed a roach crawling towards my hand, after that I tried to take a closer look at the room, but most of the lamps around the room were unplugged and there was no outlets to plug them in. But I could see the carpets were stained and disgusting. Later in the evening I reported to the front desk that the “free WiFi” was no longer working and the front desk lady said hers was working after I tried to log on again I finally tried to use the business computers in the lobby and one computer would not power on and the other did not have internet, when I reported that again she seemed bothered that she had to go and reset the WiFi connection. The next morning upon checking out there was a new front desk lady she couldn’t pull herself away from her personal phone conversation and seemed distracted from her dogs and what seemed to be her children at work behind the desk. Bottom line the customer service was terrible and the overall cleanliness and experience was poor.

Clean rooms , and propery , easy free parking, great service from recetion staff, restaurnat and room service. The laundry drycleaning is exceptional!!!! Great place to stay at a reasonable cost.
