The staff were excellent throughout our stay. There was a very good welcome pack when we arrived. The apartment was light and airy. It was very well furnished and maintained and it was very large. Shangri La also provided an excellent free shuttle service along Orchard Road which linked to the MRT system.

Great property, would definitely use again
Great stay: staff are efficient, hugely service-oriented and always willing to help. Property is kept spotless, rooms are cleaned daily and pool area is lovely - despite having access to the main pool and facilities at the Shangri-la hotel, we only used it twice! Be aware that there are no balconies, and also that there's ongoing building work outside the apartments, which goes on from 8am-10pm six days a week: had little impact on us, but we were on the 6th floor.
