A convenient place to stay

I like the fact that it was quite convenient in terms of train and bus accessibility, a convenience store and money changer, restaurants a few steps away from Lobby. The concierge/ Lions Tour desk was within the hotel and as in my past experience, was very helpful. Special mention to Danny Soh and associate Jasmin. The only drawback for me was that no complimentary drinks in room and water dispenser for refill Is only downstairs outside of the lobby by the driveway.

Okay room

The room was very small, and there was a constant humming sound which was very annoying. When someone on the floor above us had a shower it also sounded like it was leaking and coming through ours. There was a drainage smell in the bathroom and the bed was lumpy. Check out was easy , location was convenient and most places walkable or via the metro which was easy to use.

A room and a sleap

Wery small rooms no space for turning or two suitcases. Family were scattered on the hotel with max distance between room. Available for early checkin that was positive. Fairly close to train (green line) but some distance from the interesting spots. Pool was open until 22 nice and clean, situated in the 4th floor, included service of towels. Breakfast was poor and extremely crowed, choice were low. All in all a hotel and a two night stay but I would not come back.

Basic but functional

This a very busy hotel with lots of tour and school parties using it for their stay in Singapore. Rooms are basic but functional so fine for a couple of nights but probably not much more. Also, noise is an issue and the hotel could do with sound proofing the rooms to avoid guests being disturbed.

Value for the money

Location is convenient with malls, restaurants nearby and just 7 minutes walk to Lavender MRT. Very friendly and helpful staff who answered our inquiries politely. Room is a bit small and needed some renovation to upgrade the hotel. Though there are a few elevators, yet guests are normally have to queue up for taking elevators to their room floors.
