Terrible. This is my 4th visit to Tokyo Disneyland and surrounding accommodation and this hotel is bar far the worst. Our room was not ready for a 3pm check, we could not buy Disneyland tickets from the hotel (even when advertised on their website) and the staff could not assist with alternatives, they unexpectedly changed the breakfast times to a late start so we couldn't get the breakfast we paid for and the staff were unable to provide any assistance with with airport transfers other than a mid day shuttle and the suggestion to go to another Disney hotel!!! We have lived in Japan previously and regularly travel Japan, but sad to say this is possibly the worst service experienced from any Japanese hotel. Very disappointing.

Hotel was conveniently located. Not far from the local mall and Tokyo Disneyland. Train station is only 5 min walk. Staffs didnt speak english much and didnt allow us for late check out. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel.

Me and my husband stayed one night in the pool bath room. Everything was great. The big selling point is the giant bath, taking half the room. Huge tub as well right in front of the window. We had views of mt.fuji on a clear day. The only negative I would say is to maybe put a TV in the bathroom portion of the room. It would be awesome to relax in the giant tub and watch a little tv. Also the tv in the room was kind of small and outdated. Other than those minor suggestions, everything went well! The hotel is very nice, as well as the workers. A lot of food options and very conveniently located right next to shin urayasu station. About a minute walk away. A Lawson is also located less than a minute away walking. We ate at the hibachi restaurant and everything was delicious. It is pretty pricey though. Expect to pay over $200 for a couple.

Beautiful hotel and great location with convenient access to the train station and shops/places to eat. Regular shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea was great too. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
