Nice hotel
The hotel is clean, it is currently being renovated which is desperately needed. It is perfectly situated just a short walk to Tenby town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and am sure that it will only get better when the renovation has been completed.

The receptionist was not helpful or happy. The view was spectacular and the bed was comfortable. Besides the location I would never stay again. Carrying luggage up the stairs was ridiculous and the receptionist even lied about how many sets of stairs I had and where my room was. Just. Plain. Weird.

I recently stayed at [the Imperal with my partner, looking forward to a nice trip away. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a few significant issues that greatly impacted our stay. Upon entering our room, we were immediately concerned about the security of the premises. The door was unlocked and wide open, leaving us feeling vulnerable and uneasy. It was disconcerting to think that anyone could have accessed our room before our arrival. Additionally, the door itself seemed faulty, as it required multiple attempts to close properly. This lack of security measures was truly concerning, especially for a hotel of this caliber. As if the security issues weren't enough, we were further disappointed by the constant loud humming noise that persisted throughout the night. Located next to what we assume was a boiler room, the noise was incessant and prevented both myself and my partner from getting more than an hour's worth of sleep. Regrettably, we couldn't request a room change, as the reception was not manned after 10pm, leaving us to endure a sleepless night. The lack of sleep greatly affected our overall experience. It left us feeling exhausted and irritable, which hindered our ability to fully enjoy our time away. We had hoped for a restful and relaxing trip, but unfortunately, the incessant noise disrupted any chance of that. When we brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, we were disappointed by their response and lack of empathy.
