Residenza RoMa

Wow! Absolutely loved our stay at Residenza Roma. Nice Modern B&B type feel. The front desk staff are so helpful and Sweet. Only a 15 minute walk to the center of town with plenty of options if you prefer to take a taxi. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit the beautiful gem, Tropea!

Residenza RoMa was an incredible B&B with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. The location is a short 10-minute from the Centro of Tropea as well as a 5-minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean, modern, and the best is incredibly comfortable. It was a wonderful stay, can’t recommend it enough!

It was quaint quiet and hospitable. Roseanna e Anna were great and the ladies who cooked and cleaned were lovely.

It was off season (for those flocking to Tropea for the beach weather) so much of the town was very slow, but it was a very relaxing stay. Ana at the front desk was very attentive and communicated with us many times to make sure that we were arriving easily and stayed late to check us in. The property was a ways from the historic center but easily within walking distance and was very quiet and peaceful. The room was immaculately clean, well appointed and well designed. Our room upstairs wasn't overly large but there is a large community room downstairs where we layed around watching TV and reading on couches. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. They even went to extra trouble to make many gluten free options due to my wheat allergy. It was seriously the most gf variety I have had in ages. In summary, they took good care of us and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. An awesome find for any season.

Superb B&B just 15 minute stroll to the old town, and 10 minutes downhill walk to the beach. Very friendly, efficient, and helpful staff team. Rooms and facilities excellent and well maintained, and an excellent continental breakfast served to satisfy all tastes. Free parking immediately outside of the property (outside of ZTL zone), which is very quiet apart from the odd train that passes to the rear of the property, although the sound is not too intrusive unless sat out in the garden. This should not however put anyone off booking a stay at Residents Roma, because our party of four could not imagine there being a better B&B to stay at in Tropea. Absolutely recommend.

Breakfast is amazing! The rooms and the service are excellent. The staff is very helpful!

This was a lovely place to stay. However the local area was dirty with lots of weeds and also hard to find.

Stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Ro-Ma. The manager called us prior to arrival to check what time we would arrive so she could be there to greet us. The desk is not staffed 24/7 but management can be reached anytime by phone, The hotel is very clean, rooms are nicely arranged with good use of space. Breakfast is AMAZING!!. Everything is made fresh on the premises, beautifully arranged and delicious. There is an electric orange juice maker to make freshly squeezed juice. Cofees and teas if your choice are available. The only negative was a longish walk jnto town on a very busy road without sidewalks. We would gladly stay at the Ro-Ma again.

This b&b is quite big and has very well outfitted rooms. Ours had a great bathroom. The service was good, but we had to make a call for someone to come to open the door and register us. The breakfast had many delicious options and was one of the best we had in Italy.
