Great place to stay.
This hotel was lovely and in a great location. There were lots of walkable areas to see and it was close to subways and bus stops as well. I do wish there had been a microwave somewhere I could have used. There may have been one somewhere, but I didn't see one and kept forgetting to ask. We also had difficulty getting the room cool enough for sleeping comfortably, but that may have been our fault as well since we never asked for help to fix the issue. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel was the quietest of all the hotels we stayed at in Korea. It was within walking distance to metro line. For 3 women alone, we felt very safe walking at night. Close to food places but not too many shopping nearby. As in all of Korea and Japan, the rooms are on the smaller side. So if you have lots of big suitcases or a family of 4, I would recommend you book a suite to be more comfortable.

Very good location , accessible to metro and bus , many attractions within the area reasonable price but if you check in in advance , it is so pricy . Most of the staff and receptionists were welcoming , respectful and made you feel home .

A really nice spot to stay. The staffs are super friendly. The hotel offers the service of keeping your luggage even after your staying. I don’t know all the details, but it was possible for us to let ours there for 3 days. However the room was kind of small.

My husband and I were pleased with the customer service rendered to us by Kevin. He was very helpful and always willing to assists us. The property location is very convenient to all subway stations. This hotel is clean. Room is small, but still good for 2 people. Will stay here again if we plan to go back to Korea.
