Cute spot in a great area
This hotel was beautiful and all the staff was super helpful and great to deal with. The rooms were decorated well and had all the amenities one would like. The area the hotel is in is great there are several great restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back!

I arrived late and a little stressed after delays with the ferry and taxi complications. The minute I stepped into the Kasbah Rose, I relaxed completely. It is a lovely, spotless and welcoming space. My room was very neat, clean and very tastefully decorated. The riad also has a rooftop patio from which one can see the whole city. The location is fantastic, in the kasbah, next to the medina. Badar who greeted me was as charming and helpful a host as one could ask for. He very helpfully guided me to an EXCELLENT restaurant in the medina, and had much to tell me about the city and Morocco generally. He also arranged a taxi for me when I had to leave, which as promised, and unlike other taxi experiences in Morocco, was absolutely competent and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this riad and will certainly stay there again when I return to Tangier.

We loved the Kasbah Rose. Our rooms were comfortably appointed. We had a hair dryer and nice shower. Breakfast was yummy and served al fresco on the roof. Great breakfast....hard boiled eggs, cheese, fresh orange juice and coffee and Moroccan crepes. Mohammed, our hotel host, was so accommodating. We can only say good things. The only thing for one of the older members of our group... the hike from the street to the rooms was steep... I think over 50 steps. If you’re hail and hearty... enjoy this place!!! Mohammed arranged for a guide for a morning tour. It worked out so well and seemed so personal. Thank you everyone at the Kasbah Rose!!!

MUST STAY HERE!
The service and level of accommodation provided at Kasbah Rose was absolutely outstanding. Mohammed greeted us at our taxi, hoisted our luggage up 50 stairs like a champ, settled us in with tea and cookies, showed us around the hotel and amenities, arranged all of our trips and taxis, recommended the best places to eat, showed us around the Medina, and treated us like family! He made sure to tell us all the tricks and tips about haggling, told us what was fair, and made sure we were looked after at every point! The only thing that we were caught off guard about was the constant invitation to breakfast. He made it seem like it was included (which we didn’t think it was), and then charged us 6 EUR per person for a small breakfast. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but after the constant tipping and spending money, we felt this was a little gauge. Either way, he was happy to take it off our bill. Besides that, our trip is Tangier was absolutely fantastic because of the time he took to make sure we were happy! THANK YOU SO MUCH MOHAMMED!!

Good 6.0
The room was very small and expensive for what it was compare to other Riads around Morrocco, ni really easy to find and you have to go up the hill with stairs and the luggage We paid via Expedia however the next day the guy at the reception did not know he had to call someone and I had to look for my email confirmation to show him it was already paid, not his fault but still uncomfortable and awkward, he apologized and we paid only the taxes and fees that were not charge by Expedia

Perfect & Relaxing!
This is a beautiful Hotel that is actually a repurposed Kasbah. Upon arrival we were greeted by Badar and his contagious smile who offered us tea and had us relax a bit while asking about our travels and our previous experiences in Morocco. Once we checked in he showed us to our room which was charming and just what we needed to relax and settle in. The room even had a balcony with a bench that overlooks the city below! The next day, Badar set up a trusted personal driver (Hassan) to take us on a day trip to Chefchaouen. Our second night we made sure to use the balcony and watch the sunset as it left a beautiful pink sky. We had an early flight for our last day and Badar happily set us up with Hassan again to drop us off the next morning at the airport.

Tangier was more then I expected from the books and travel shows. I will be returning to Kasbah Rose when I come back to Tangier from now on. The staff are exceptional and very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the wonderful riad for one night in June 2019. Even though our visit was short, we had a wonderful time. The furnishings are tasteful. Our room was very nice. Very clean with a wonderful bathroom. We did not have much of a view but that was not a priority for us. The breakfast (extra fee) was delicious and quite filling. Best of all it was served on the roof top deck which has breathtaking views of the Kasbah and much of the city. The staff was excellent, very helpful and courteous. Special shout out to Lorraine, the owner, who not only took time out of her day to arrive early to meet my wife and I but also walked us to the steps so that we could catch our ferry! I cannot say enough about this place. It is fantastic and I look forward to staying there again someday when my wife and I return to Morocco.

The kasbah Rose is a perfect place to stay. Amazing staff that will help you with everything from planning your day to doing your laundry. Make sure to sign up for breakfast it’s a really nice way to spend the morning. The owner is super nice and speaks perfect English. It’s located in a nice part of the kasbah. It’s close to the market and some nice sights to see. Most things are less than a 30 min walk away. If your looking for food ask the staff their recommendations are the best. Also sign up for a tour with them it’s cheap and a nice way to see the city and learn some history. The rooms are small but bathrooms are big. Nice showers and comfy beds. Just down the road you can pick up a bottle of wine and hangout on their terrace while the sun goes down. Hands down our best stay so far on our trip around the world.
