Good and convenient place.
The place is situated very conveniently, accessible from Metro,just a few minutes walk. Many restaurants around and easy to find food and drinks. Reception people are very nice, helpful and friendly. Only inconvenience is that the elevator is not functional yet and was hard to carry the luggages up the stairs specially the higher floors, but they have offered help. I recommend this place and will return myself aslo in the future.

Excellence it is NOT!
So this was not a cheapest 4 days in Rome - average 150 euros per night. It’s terrible coming into a dark alley with scavenger hunt instructions where and how to allocate doors and keys.. Bed issue: not for humans. Hard and hot , waking up sweating like a pig. No WiFi. I mean they come and “check” and tell me that it works fine , maybe it’s my phone etc. That I do t understand how router works and other insults from the management. I even brought my friend he said his WiFi in Rome and this place does not work either. If anything else - a lady from Australia which I find doing her work outside in the hall way- she found a spot where it works for her for a minute. I thought infrastructure at 150 per night in Italy will be better but I was wrong. Lights in the bathroom flickering. Nothing in the mini bar , no perks , not even tea or coffee. I had to ask. Difficult stairs - not good in the corridor- some garbage cans standing so people with luggage cannot get through and have to manoeuvre around them. I was given a room with lots of outside noise and I could hear every conversation of all neighbours on my floor or above. They tried to move me after second night of trying to persuade to fix router, they called while I was sight seeing and apparently was not able to come before 1:PM so I remain there. After I returned the key- manager asked me thanks for leaving terrible review about us, very snootily and that is funny to me ! How a constructive be bad? Refund?

It was a pleasant stay, it’s nice to see they are making a lift as lugging up 3 heavy suits 3 floors up was a mission! Great location and beautifully finished, friendly staff and accommodating when requesting a later check out.
