Nothing special to say. Front desk staff had a wide range of English fluency which made the first night difficult after a long flight in but was fine once I figured it out. As with all capsule hotels, no frills. It met expectations.

The hotel is near Akabane station and therefore some noisy. Rooms are very tiny but sufficient. The staff is very pleasant and obliging.

Nice, clean capsule hotel with good facilities.
Area is a little out of the way, can get to the centre of Tokyo in about half an hour. Also next to the jr line station so good if you have the jr pass. Capsules are surprisingly spacious, roughly just under 6' in length but they're a decent width. Good service, would be helpful to have some kind of guide to the hotel though so people know what to expect, for example this particular capsule hotel doesn't require daily check in and check out like some others, so you can leave things in your capsule. Also provide a free loan smartphone for the duration of your stay with some mobile data - great for saving money on data SIM cards.
