The beds are hard. They will NOT refund your money when you cancel additional nights because the beds are too hard. They overcharge for everything. And think that offering room upgrades that do NOT address the underlying complaints qualifies as fixing the problem!

Excellent option in Cordoba
The hotel is very modern. The room was spacious, really clean and quiet. The only dark spot was the staff at the restaurant. We went to breakfast and they were not really friendly. Overall, a really very good experience.

Weird hotel philosophy for amenities ...
Layfer has been one of our favourite hotels for years. However I feel it is the time now to comment on the hotel amenities, especially on the coffee pack. For hotels of this category, it is strange that the hotel charges the coffee pack to guests, this is the first time I see this happening! Also, when we are doing the check out it is not nice that staff on reception desk asks the guests to wait until the room is "completely checked". Again in hotels of this category this is never done in front of the guest, it is even embarrassing. I would encourage hotel management to check this and decide on corresponding changes. Otherwise I believe the hotel is the best in Cordoba for staying.
