Chambre propre et confortable. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus et inquiets par la mauvaise application des mesures de distanciation sociale. Plusieurs clients ne respectent pas le port du masque /l’enlèvent pour jaser avec leurs amis dans les airs communes/près des modules de jeux, 2 serveurs au resto portaient leur masque sous le nez... Il n’y a aucune surveillance minimale

Très mauvais service... Très décevant!
Nous avons eu un très mauvais service. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre et il faisait très chaud. Nous avons appelé à la réception pour qu'on corrige la situation. On nous a dit que quelqu'un passerait, mais personne ne s'est présenté. Comme il était finalement tard après l'attente et que nous avions un bébé de 2 ans avec nous, nous nous sommes couchés, mais nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir. Le lendemain, au "check-out", nous avons dit à la réceptionniste que nous n'avions pas passé une bonne nuit, car il faisait trop chaud. Elle nous a répondu que nous étions chanceux de pouvoir partir, car elle devait rester là et elle avait aussi chaud. Elle a ajouté qu'elle ne pouvait pas faire de remboursement, car nous avions payé par le site "Hôtel.com". Nous avons dû revenir à la maison, car nous étions trop fatigués pour aller faire les activités prévues avec notre petite-fille. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cet hôtel. C'est sûr que nous n'y retournerons pas. En plus, il restait une pizza dans le frigo appartenant aux précédents clients... Quand on dit que l'hygiène doit être impeccable avec la COVID... Nous en doutons grandement!
