The apartment overall was good but have taken half points off for the following Communication about parking was poor - they never got back to me asking the question about this. ended parking in the closest parking building for about 35 euro a night There was a terrible smell in the bathroom coming from the drain that made it very uncomfortable in the bathroom If you have a lot of luggage you have steep stairs to get up. The electronic check in may not suite all guests but made finding out about parking etc more difficult. Was not as clean as could be in the kitchen Overall if the smell was not there we could have put up with the other small issues. If this was fix d and communication about parking was ok would give it a five

The check in was very easy, but parking is very hard to get on the street. One way street and very busy with very little parking or place to stop. We had apartment 32 and the washroom had a horrible smell of sewage. We contacted the cleaning girl, who mentioned it has been like that for a while. We contacted the manager who got maintenance in but nothing was done. The smell remained. The smell made it a very unpleasant stay, as we had to keep the door closed. They need to contact a proper plumber. Not acceptable if you want to have the apartment rented- don’t recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location allowed us to easily get to many parts Lisbon on foot. It was very clean. The appliances worked well and the beds and linens where very good. Would be happy to book again if back in Lisbon.

Beautiful studio apartment.
Great little studio in the heart of Alfama. Conveniently located at the top of the escalator up from Martim Moniz place (one less set of stair to climb in a city of stairs!). Beautiful view. Clean. Well kept. Decent little kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, so perfect for a longer stay.
