Wonderful location and staff were welcoming. However, called reception a number of times and no one answered needed to carry luggage to lobby when departing. Some repairs are needed and thorough cleaning under the beds and couches. The cleaners that cleaned the rooms were wondering and very helpful and prompt.

Ok experience but no housekeeping
The Hilton is in a great location within walking distance to the Kaaba and bazars. The hotel is a bit outdated with carpeting etc. The biggest issue is, there was no housekeeping service. We begged them all to clean our rooms and no one came. Even the front desk called them but they seem to have their own ideas and would not clean our rooms during our entire stay. We had to keep asking for towels but no one would clean the rooms

We had a wonderful time overall. The house keeping staff are lovely and very helpful, the restaurant staff are amazing. However, male staff at reception are rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. We had very unpleasant encounters with at least two of them. Otherwise the hotel stay was wonderful

Terrible service at the reception..very disappointing and disorganised. Bad and delayed housekeeping. Breakfast: exactly SAME menu in open buffet for 6 days!!!

The staff were very friendly but slow to requests. This meant calling again to remind or ask for something again. The room itself had far too many issues Wardrobes would not close properly, doors squeaking very loudly, one side of the bed had no functioning lights/switches while the other side was fine. Maintenance has not been looked after in this hotel and its slowly showing
