The location in South Brisbane is excellent and worked really well for us but unfortunately our apartment was at the bottom of three floors of apartments facing onto each other - think bottom of well - and had no natural light in any of the rooms at anytime of day. The dishwasher and dryer did not work and the kitchen equipment severely limited. All the noise of the surrounding apartments reverberated in the ‘well’ with nothing to absorb it. Except for one of the staff most were sullen. All in all our apartment was not at all what I thought I had booked and so was disappointing but then Fleet Lane added their own layer. :/ Btw we found a written feedback form from a previous inhabitant in the apartment and all things were rated Poor and they were more disgruntled than us!

Not a bad unit but have stayed in better in South Brisbane. Clean and reception was good. Unit starting to show it's age a bit. Underground car park is tight to say the least. A dual cab BT50 4x4 takes 2 grabs to get around corners going down levels. Don't take a Ram or F truck in there. Capitol hotel/tavern is 2 mins around the corner and has good basic type feeds at reasonable prices.

It was clean and lovely apartment. Quite spacious and nice inside. It’s about 1km walk into the heart of South Bank and is right next to the train tracks. Other than that it was an ok apartment to stay in. Thank you!!
