Good place, but soI won’t say this is a bad place, I just don’t understand why there is no normal passage, one passage is only for the disabled, I just don’t understand who they don’t respect, enters through an uneven road, to the reception through a disability ramp, and lift to the rooms only through degrees ,they did for the disabled only until the reception????,

We happened by chance on this beautiful hotel booking only 15 minutes before we arrived due to other issues. The reception team were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is delightful situated in a lovely quiet area outside the town centre but with a direct bus route from a short walk outside the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and on our first night we were upgraded to a huge apartment. The hotel is very clean and we will definitely stay here again on a visit to Como. Highly recommend thank you for a lovely stay.
