Poor experience
Hotel was clean and plenty of multi lingual staff and has a good location. A number of problems during our stay: 1. Paid for reserved parking but was only able to use the car park half the time because it was full 2. The one evening meal we had was genuinely awful 3. Breakfast was very, very disorganised 4. Walls and floors don't have much soundproofing. I had to go down to the room below ours at 4am to ask them to keep the noise down, even though they weren't actually that loud 5. Rooms are small. Our shower was not good. No hooks anywhere to hang clothes or towels 6. We reserved 3 quad rooms but got 1 quad room and 2 triples 7. Road can be noisy at night

Vi fick ett rum som var betydligt sunkigare än de på bilderna. Frukosten var också knapphändig, och lämnade mycket att önska. Trots att det anges att hotellet har parkering, fanns ingen plats för vår bil. Hotellets läge var dock ok.
