Nice hotel in Rome.
The hotel is beautiful. The room was too warm. The bathroom needs hooks. Our room on the Main Street was noisy. The staff at the front desk were amazing. Restaurant staff were unfriendly. It is close to many attractions.

It's in the center of Rome and almost all of the sites can be easily accessed - especially if you love to walk. Clean room and friendly front desk staff. The only issue was with breakfast. Quality is ok, and for some reason, the person in charge (don't remember HER name) of the breakfast would not let us toast our bread. She told us that the bread that is freshly baked that morning cannot be toasted since it will cause their toaster to malfunction. We received no such excuse at the other two hotels that we stayed in Italy.

Front desk staff were the highlight of our stay!
Beautiful hotel in a great location with a beautiful aesthetic and boutique glam feel. Hands down the best part of our stay was the incredibly welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Their service was unbeatable. The roof top terrace was a big plus too! Mattresses are extremely firm, and I don't think any of the rooms have a beautiful view if that is something that is important to you, but those are probably the only dings I could give this hotel. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Location is in central Rome, close to train station, and within walking distance to many sites. Taxi stand is across the street. There is street noise, as with all hotels along the major roads.
