Booked this hotel for 2 nights. We arrive after a 4 hour drive, offload our luggage and proceed to check in with my wife and 3 children. We had booked the family room. Upon giving my booking confirmation paper, the front desk manager ask for my ID and gave it to him, then my wife's ID card and that was also presented, after that he asked for my children's ID cards and I tell him that we don't carry their cards for such a short journey. He says that they cannot check us in if we don't have children's ID card. I tell them that both parents have ID and our kids are under 14 years of age but to no avail. The hotel staff were stubborn and unhelpful and arrogant to say the least. Anyway they ended telling us we could not check in even though the reservation was confirmed and paid for. We are happy we did not stay as the location is in a ghetto suburb of Adapazari. Full of mechanics, petrol stations and factories. Good luck if you book at this hotel.
