Never disappoints!
This is my third stay here and I'm very much sold on this hotel. Rooms, staff, breakfast is great. I didn't give it a 5 only because no matter what floor you're on, the shower goes from perfect temperature to scalding hot to very cold every few seconds. I mentioned this to the front desk; hopefully they'll fix this by my next stay.

I travel to Monterrey often. I only booked this hotel because I stayed an extra day and the hotel I was staying in was booked that Saturday. The hotel I was staying in was perfect...The Fiesta Express...75 in Tv in the room a great breakfast buffet. When I went to the City Express at about 12PM we had to wait until 4 o'clock for a room. The room was tiny with a full size bed and a small Tv. The mattress was hard and thin...to top it off someone came knocking on our door while we were talking and watching Tv because the walls are like paper...you can hear everything in the next room...Never Again!!!! For any price....Forget the free shuttle...never was available...we used Uber ...
