We had a great time at the resort. Some of the other guests were extremely loud. I am a heavy sleeper, but I was woken up by them at 2:15am. They were screaming/talking and laughing so loudly it sounded like they were in our rooms. We called the front desk to have security speak with them, but when security knocked on their doors, they did not answer. So we talked to the front desk a second time. After learning that did not work, we called our neighbors directly and asked them to quiet because we could hear them and they were very loud. The rooms are large and modern. We stayed on the first floor and the fourth floor. Despite the music playing at the pool on the roof, the only place of our hotel room we could hear it was in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the saxophone player at the pool. It was cool that he would play accompanying the DJ. We also liked the Mexican restaurant. The beef and bone marrow tacos, sea bass Al pastor, and the guacamole with grasshoppers are really good.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, relax hotel with a great spa. Good location Cons: air conditioner horrible at rooms, restaurants and lobby, very hot. Warm beers, never get cold and they seemed do not care about it. Pool not cleaned, needs improvements, foam party was offer for saturday and sunday, only performed on sunday and locals not from hotel filled up. Asiatic restaurant horrible, run for your life. Cachito rest. Very good, but one day they told us that the chemita steak was not available. Some employees at lobby are rude.
