Perfect Cusco Hotel
The rooms were amazing, with a balcony overlooking the city. The location is excellent as it is a short walk to many great sites and a short ride to the airport. Our stay was perfect, PLUS the staff are so kind with great help and recommendations around the city.

We had requested an upgrade to our room. The upgrade was less than satisfactory as it was a smaller room than a regular room. We did change to a different upgrade room an were quite pleased with the side and balcony overlooking the street. Unfortunately, the adjacent plaza was under renovations, so our upgrade overlooked a construction site. The staff were wonderful - helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good - a hot and cold buffet.
