Estoy muy Disgustada! Hice una Reserva para el fín de Semana pasado! Recibí mi Familia De Colombia...viajamos muchas horas y cuando llegamos...el Supuesto hotel que muestran en las imágenes "YA NO EXISTE" ...Estaba en Ruinas y abandonado...tuvimos que salir a Buscar otro hotel...con maletas...y como era temporada de fin de año...NO pudimos conseguir hospedaje... Solicito que por favor saquen ese hotel la Lista...para que NO hayan más personas Engañadas.

No nos Alojaron
Llegamos a las 10 pm y no nos alojaron. Dijeron que no tenían nuestra reservación y que no tenían habitación disponible. Tuvimos que buscar a esa hora otro hotel.
