Good one
Everything is good just one thing, I booked the Executive room and in room details a separate bath tub is there but to my dismay it was not available in the executive room which for me very disappointing if i know that it is not in that room then I could have book the higher category. And, also they insist that it is not their fault but expedia I even told them but that it’s them who will deliver the service. Each guest has its different preferences and expectations. If a property will just follow what they offer I guess no disappointment from the guest. And, if ever expedia is at fault i guess it’s the property will be the one to correct it and from time to time update what is in their description if it still up to their standard. But, over all the service is good especially in the restaurant and the guy in the reception who is a trainee is very accommodating I did not get his name because he is not wearing a name badge.
