The hotel is super clean and very comfortable rooms, but I really want to emphasize on how super friendly and accommodating the staff were (from the front to the breakfast room). During our trip we unfortunately had to cut one night short since we were notified by our airline that our original flight might be impacted by the airport ground staff strike. So I had to rebook my flight to one day earlier to avoid the potential cancellation or delay. I mentioned to the front hotel staff, and they went above and beyond to resell my last night and refunded the one night. I didn't expect the refund at all. Even though we only stayed for 2 nights, we had a wonderful experience and we definitely will stay again if we come back to Rome. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel with great service and amenities!
A modern and clean hotel about 10 minutes from Roma Termini station. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English and Italian. The room was very clean and quiet with great A/C. We included the breakfast which has a buffet, as well as 3 options for the main breakfast: Italian, American (waffles) & American (toast). It came out fast and was a very large portion for the American, so a great start to the day. Inside the room, the minibar is fairly priced at 2 euros for anything inside, nespresso machine was great and the bed was comfortable. We also had a Samsung phone in our room that we could take with us around Rome. It had basic internet and google maps, so it was great for getting around and not using our own roaming data. We also had a terrace which gave us much more space than most places in the city. There is also a Thai massage place down the street, which is excellent if you have been walking around all day. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Great spot for Rome stop on Italy tour
This was our first stop on our honeymoon in Italy and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, the room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. It's a bit of a walk to the tourist spots in ancient rome but it is walkable on a nice day or easy to get an uber. Its just up the street from the train station which was very convenient on our last day with luggage. We would definitely stay here again
