This stay has been very disappointing unfortunately. There is no one on site to assist us with questions or concerns. We were moved to a different Room at check in because the heat in the original Room that we booked was not working. That is fine, however when we were moved to the new room, we were given the wrong Room key number and we had to wait a 1/2 an hour to be able to get into our Room. We were not offered turndown service or replacements for the Keurig coffee in the Room even though we were spending 3 nights. The soap dispensers in the rolm were EMPTY...so we had ro go to the store to buy hand soap for use in the bathroom. We were not offered any fresh towels for 3 days and when we arrived the building was absolutely freezing! In addition, the shower was dirty, and actually had black hair all over the walls. I will not be staying here again, and had we not paid for the entire stay already, we would've left after the first night. This was supposed to be a celebration for my 40th birthday and I can say it was far from that.
