Don’t stay here
We were charged $30 fee for late checkout though we never had a checkout time. In addition, the room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. There was only one chair in the room, a coffee maker but no coffee. No lamps on night tables.

Perfect place to stay while in San Juan
The unit is very clean on the small side but very functional. I would definitely stay here again. The location of the unit is located in a quiet neighborhood and feels very safe. I enjoyed my time here very much. Also, it is very close to the Airport but far enough away not to hear it. The highways are easy to access and to get to Old San Juan is only about 15 min. But access to the rest of the Island is also very convenient.

La comunicación para hacer check-in fue excelente. Nos comunicamos por mensaje de texto y respondían muy rápido. Cuando llegamos el cuarto estaba a una temperatura ideal. El aire acondicionado estuvo perfecto. Las almohadas son bastante firmes, así que trae la tuya si eso no te gusta. Nuestra unidad no tenía plancha de ropa. Todo parecía muy limpio, excepto que en el baño había un jabón usado y en el freezer encontramos un pelo.

Cannot beat value for the money. This is a three studio unit in a residential area so you get full immersion experience. Access to personal transport is a must if you are planning on getting around efficiently.

IT was in amazing place very well maintained. The place itself was very nice and clean all th way around. I entered the room and smelled really nice and cold very nice and neat. Very quiet place no problems u can walk around if like u lived there for years people in the area nice and friendly. I was there on 9/9/22 thru 9/15/22 in amazing week staying in that room wil be coming back there thank you for everything.

I loved this property. I’m Dominican and it gave me Dominican vibessss from the island. A lot of places to eat and things to go do. Also the check in was very easy even had an easy tutorial video in how to check in. Everything honestly was perfect ! Even had better channels than some hotels !
