I really likes this hotel. It was clean, and they were taking serious measures to ensure cleanliness like having hand sanitizer all over the hotel as well as doing temperature checks. They also provide you with a mini hand sanitizer as part of your provided toiletries. They have a pool and breakfast which is convenient and nice. My favorite thing about this hotel was that the rooms were very dark and quiet for a nice restful sleep. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is nicely run by an attentive staff. We had breakfast included. It was ok. Nothing else. If all included is possible to have, skip it and eat out. The quality of the breakfast doesn't encourage us to eat all meals at the hotel. Besides you are on holiday. Go out and eat FISH in all its forms. The hotel is close to the port where the cruise ships dock. Buses are frequently leaving from the opposite side of the street of the hotel and a bit down. A bus ride to the center costs 10 pesos. A taxi for the same distance costs anything between 70 -100 pesos. There is a beer place with some lighter eating just outside the hotel.

Awful customer service. I would not recommend this hotel. I tried chatting with Hotel.com for assurance but could not get through to an agent. The counter person informed us that in Mexico the customers not first, and that we just had to wait. Very disappointed did not help with check in, raised his voice to us and offered to guidance to where the airport was. Worst experience ever.

The hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable. Check-in was very slow. There was only one employee doing the check-in at 4 pm and there was a line up. The free airport shuttle was not available until 9 am.

The hotel does not use common sense when it comes to setting the a/c. The lobby and the gym felt like a freezer. The water in the swimming pool was so cold I was not able to use it. The problem with these surveys is that nothing ever changes.
