Great Hotel…Vacant Staff
Sadly, even though the stay and the hotel were great, we had an incident that was never addressed. During our stay, while we we asleep, a beeping noise woke us. Not knowing what the noise was, and being after midnight, we were alarmed when someone opened our door! We then realized that the beeping was the entry key pad to our door. Luckily, the person recognized they were in the wrong room, and headed out quick, but the incident was still horrifying. Im aware we were unharmed, but no stranger should have access to your hotel room in the middle of the night. We also realize there is always risks when traveling, but no one should be able to invade your space where you’re supposed to be safe. We tried to contact someone in the “lobby” of the hotel, but no one was ever working. So, I reached out to management twice, and even waited over a month, and still no response. I’m not sure if the need to re-think their entry keypad, or look into how someone could enter someone else’s room. Maybe they are, and they’re just not letting me know?

Disappointing facility and room...
Our room was extremely small. Very poor layout. No windows except for the top half of the door! Nice TV, but could not be viewed from the bed. Sink outside of the bathroom near the bed.No closet, just a recessed area with a bar, but no hangers. Staff was friendly, but not at all pleased with thefacility itself.

Cute and could be great. First room fireplace didn’t work so moved to another room. The shower curtain didn’t reach the floor so water went everywhere. No caffeine coffee and owner wouldn’t buy any so ha to go buy my own kcups.
