Can't go wrong with this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Thomas and Mr. Jonathan who were true professionals. The location is also excellent, just 10-12 min by foot from the lake and close to many shops, cafe and boutiques. I enjoyed everything!

Absolutely the best hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam
This hotel is a must for anyone who wants their trip to be memorable. I’ve stayed here twice and actually coming back in a few days for another 3 days. The entire staff, from opening the front doors, serving a great breakfast buffet to making you feel welcome and appreciated. Without a doubt the price is well worth more than any other well known brand hotels that I’ve stayed in while at anytime in Vietnam. From the welcome email letter, to the airport transfer to the hotel (which is quite reasonable) to every morning being greeted with a smile and good morning or have a pleasant day makes it all worth it. Anna who is always there for your questions and comfort with her smile also adds to the warmth of the hotel.
