Hire More Staff
We got in after a long morning traveling across the country. We checked had Hotel hold bags and was told room should be ready by 3. We showed up just before 4pm and still the room “wasn’t ready”. We waited along with another gentleman waiting for his room too, for about another 10-15 min. They blamed it on COVID staffing, but the prices are up on just about everything. Hire more people. They said they wanted to ensure the room was clean. Later that evening I hopped into the shower and boom- a long black hair on wall, def not part of my group. The following morning in the morning grogginess we start our coffee grab the cup and it WAS DIRTY. So just to clarify- our room wasn’t “ready” to ensure cleanliness but two incident proves otherwise. It was a horrible experience to round up my week away.
