Hotel Nyx Cancun All Inclusive

The property was decent, great beach, and the staff was amazing. Just make sure you call the hotel and confirm your booking. I more so blame this on Expedia. We arrived and the all inclusive was not all inclusive, supposedly Expedia has done this to other guests as well. We had to pay out of pocket the additional money for all inclusive, after almost 4 hours on the phone wasted with Expedia they stated they will refund the difference, Expedia has horrible customer service, even denied me to speak to a manager, what a horrible way to start my vacation. I, nor my family will ever book with them again!

Al the staff were very attentive and friendly. All areas of the hotel were very clean. I did wish that there were better food options but we made it work.

amazing property! so fun and the entertainment during the day is awesome! all inclusive food was great you can eat and drink as much as you want and it’s high quality food!

We enjoyed very much staying at this hotel. We did not have big expectations from it because it was not a 5* as our previous hotel but we ended up liking this one more. Walkable distance to shopping center , good crowds -mostly couples , really great food and good entertainment. Our room had a huge balcony with an ocean view. Staff always super friendly especially Eddie from the pool bar was awesome , Axel and Marvel from restaurant area too . Thank you guys!

They have terrible service and don’t honor the reservations made. it was so bad we ended up going to a different hotel We saw one more couple with the same problem just in short time we were there. as you check in hotel tells you you don’t have all inclusive, but our reservation conformation clearly states that we do , their response it’s not showing on there end and now it’s $120 per day addition change if you want all inclusive. We go to Mexico all the time,and this is the first hotel which gave us run around and try to charge extra in 10 years coming to the area If you’re thinking of staying there DO NOT. We even advised the lobby receptionists that this was our engagement trip, provided them with our confirmation that we paid for the all inclusive package and asked if we could check in and resolve this at a later time and we were told we were on our own and that they could not nothing.

I booked the Hotel NYX for NYE - I went with one friend and we essentially wanted a smaller hotel with an all inclusive option and Hotel NYX was perfect. The hotel followed the covid restrictions incredibly well, the hotel was cleaned very well and we even saw staff cleaning routinely throughout the days. The location is perfect; not loud and close to everything! The beach was beautiful, clean, and swimmable. With it being a smaller hotel the staff was truly what made the experience that much better. From the moment we landed and got our shuttle with Expedia to the moment we arrived at the hotel. Gustavo and Diego were incredible hosts and informed me us of all the hotel activities taking place, they would check back with us any time they saw us. Eddy and Alberto at the poolside bar memorized my name so quick and were always happy to help me out, I was at that pool bar so much that I got to talk to Eddy quite a bit and he made my days with his cheerfulness. We ate at the Deck restaurant most of the time because the options were plentiful, Eduardo helped us multiple times at the restaurant and was always willing to go out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Overall everything about our stay was really great and we enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back!! I've added photos of the room/bathroom/food/outdoor area. Some downfalls: - lots of stairs - mattress not that comfortable - Making reservation process (specific time frame, can cause long lines)

This property is great. Most of the staff are excellent, especially our server that we had for 2 days Azael Luna. He really cared about us and that made us feel very special. Lunches and dinners are excellent - in 7 days we didn’t have anything bad. One thing that they should work on is breakfast. Wasnt good- weak juices and coffee, very small selection of items. Will I be back? For sure-it’s great value! And great location!

I've been to Cancun a few times. recently, (between November of 2020 and New Year's Eve, I went twice with my wife) and I can assure you this: The "All Inclusive" NYX is AWESOME. Very clean, The food is superb. Congrats to the whole team. From the folks who select the menu, the ingredients, all fresh and tasty. Restaurant service: Impeccable. The waiters are extremely friendly, their concern is to make sure you have a great service. Ruben and Yazmin and Carlos from Chianti are a truly asset to NYX. Quality and variety in beverages: Awesome. I've been to Cancun multiple times, and definitely I can say the selection and quality of cocktails, are impressive. Bar service: The "Magic Bar" is phenomenal! KUDOS to Juan Jose and Eddy!! Both Are amazing professionals, very friendly, it was a great pleasure to chat with them and I was impressed how fast they make delicious drinks and how they memorize all the recipes! A note to NYX: These two guys are a great asset! Activities and entertainment: Gustavo and Diego are great entertainers! They truly do their job with passion. There are multiple activities throughout the day, competitions, quizzes, etc. In a nutshell, I guess nobody gets bored at the pool with these two guys! I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone and next time, I will not look further and DEFINITELY I will stay at NYX again. Thank you for this awesome experience.

This hotel is average at best. The food was not good. The drinks are very cheap. I picked this hotel because the location was great but I will not stay here again.
