Menso at South Bank

The manager at Menso was an absolute delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. The place itself is trendy and family friendly. Overall the Menso is pretty amazing.

We have a very clean, roomy one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It is within easy walking distance of the Southbank centre.

Location, very close to southbank. Quiet, even though it's on a busy road, you can't hear traffic noise

I didn’t like that the wifi didn’t work. It is the second stay where the wifi hasn’t connected. The error message says the router is not connected. This is a problem because there is very poor mobile reception in the rooms.

I loved it! The rooftop pool was my favourite part. I went up there and watched the sunset one night and had the whole place to myself! Was awesome.

Very clean, good facilities, good location. Not made clear in listing that "on site parking" is not included but an additional $20.

The room design was perfect. I loved the upstairs pool.

Hard to find location.No parking it was suggested that I park off site at a church and cross a busy road with my belongings. I asked for my money and the receptionist had no problem doing this for me.

Overall great room and rooftop pool. Disappointed Wifi didn't work, no pool towels and very limited parking.
