Spacious room!
The room was spacious!! We took the junior suite! Staff was very well trained. Thanks priya, she was the concierge that received us. She was great! Otherwise, the curtains were old and dirty.. the wooden table was shaky.. could use a littlw maitenance for these items.

Not a place to stay in hotel for long term
The hotel itself doesn't have a parking, the private parking nearby is rm5 per day, the showroom door arent water proof as the glass door cannot be shut off completely, causing the whole place wet after a shower, it's not very clean even after cleaning service as there's stain ans water marks around the bathroom, the door bell and security safe cannot be used. Food are oily, either too sweet or too salty.

At hotel.com showing free parking. When check in on my informed no free parking and this hotel latest policy. But is management issue no proper arrangement with hotel.com When problem come. Want guest to call hotel.com to settle ourselves. What a terrible service. Poor service.
