We have a good stay here. Room is clean and nice facilities. Wifi connection is also good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Some of them can understand English which is very helpful. Will consider to stay here again. Location also very strategic as it is close to eating outlets (halal restaurants), hospital and metro station.

They provide with only two small bottles (350 ml) for one day for two people stay. Don't provide any coffee or black tea with sugar and only some cheap green tea in the room. There are botlte of waters for sale in the room which are highly priced one. Their restaurant is not a high quality restaurant but the prices are almost as high as in any big fivr star hotel.

I like this hotel, this is not the first time I stayed here. Great value as the price is very reasonable and my overall stay was very comfortable. However, like most website, our request are mostly ignored. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I specifically requested again/ insist to be given a non-smoking room. However, during check-in, I was told that all are smoking room, if I need non-smoking, I need to pay extra for a slightly larger room. I paid but I couldn't see the difference in room size (not the first time I stay here). Regardless if the room is larger or not, hotel shouldn't be charging me extra, as my request is very common, not an unusual request.
