It was nice. Overall I would stay there again. We were on the second floor and it was really loud, so if you want a quiet room you should request one. Minor downfalls, my husband checked in after me and they wouldn’t give him a key. The sauna didn’t work. But a nice view from the roof. Food was pretty good. It was clean. Staff was very kind.

Rooms were clean however linen was not the best and the towels looked old. The shower and water pressure was great (best shower ever). Good breakfast and good in room service. I couldn’t figure out how to close the balcony door so I called the reception and they said someone would come over to show me how to close it however nobody showed up which it was a little stressful because I had a toddler in the room, Besides that it was a good stay.

Extra Charges
It was very difficult to actually get clean towels!! Most of there towels have some kind of stain on them. The other issue I had was all of sudden end of my stay they inform us that ohh you will be charged $7. BRL per water bottle that are in your room but nothing is in the room informing you of this extra charge so you would think that they are complementary. Once I was informed I walked across the street and bought 10 water bottles for $3BRL each. So beware of what you are being charged extra for, not being upfront about it.
