Pillows in the room are really bad. Dead insects on the wall with their blood not cleaned Breakfast area is not big enough considering the covid-19 situation. Breakfast was nice. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

A nice short stay
The superior bedroom was nice and the bed very large and comfortable. The location is also very good as the downtown and airport are easily accessible via metro. The only downside was that the rooms didn’t seem very thoroughly cleaned, still it was ok. Great value for money in Copenhagen.

Very good, very nice hotel, supreme location. I have stayed in the normal rooms before, and was not happy. Getting to the top floor with a balcony, view and space was a good choice. Superior rooms are a must but also affordable . Hopefully they get to upgrade the internet as this is week in periods

Very good for a short stay where you will be out of the hotel most of the time. Quiet and close to central Copenhagen. Good beds. Toilet/bathroom gets all wet when you take a shower.

Room was a little dirty,i didnt reall enjoy my stay. The staff wete excellent though and did all they could to help me. The bar closes from around 11am till 17:00 so if you want lunch you need to head out. The cups anfd cuttlery in my room wete dirty and the floor i actually got ill. Anyway good staff but the rest wasnt for me
