This was my 3rd stay here and the staff have been wonderful each time. Beatrice was especially helpful in recommending a local restaurant and also switching my room to a quieter one away from the tram noise.

Fantastic couple of days staying at the Hyatt. Staff were extremely friendly and help. The room was wonderful and the location is great.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff and hotel were great. Our room was directly below the terrace restaurant and one night there was a wedding party. The noise level was pretty awful. I would still recommend the hotel. Very close to the path, right across water from Manhattan, beautiful views. Super easy to get around the city.

Great service! Parking garage is across the way diagonally so a bit of a walk with your belongings but a validated $27/day for this area is a great deal! Room was nice and great breakfast buffet. A lot of places nearby ro DoorDash from if you don’t want the food from the restaurant on top floor.

6/10 Good

The parking garage situation was a bit confusing. I was able to park but you can't really lodge a lot with a trolly to the garage across the brick end-about. The alarm went off at 2:10am and was on for 20 minutes before being shut off. Yes the hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was good as well as rooftop restaurant. Next time I would uber there instead of driving. It's located in a congested area.

Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Staff was incredibly sweet. Room felt OK, nothing over the top. Cleaners came to clean but didn’t refreshen amenities like hand soap. Otherwise a basic and decent stay.

The dinning place located at the top level of the building really gave good sight of lower Manhattan.

4/10 Fair

This property is in a prime location on the river & right next to the Path. The lobby is extremly small & shabby. The corridors are okay, boring with new-ish carpet. The rooms are mixed: the furniture's new, modern & quite nice; and the mattress & linens are good. Everything else is dated & shabby (1 light switch at the entry, 2 sad lamps, old coffee maker, old bathroom). The worst of our stay was an alarm that went off at 3AM & the same message blasted out for 30 solid minutes. No explanation, no apology, no nothing. It was disappointing staying there other than location, I wouldn't stay there again.

Excellent stay overall. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the room was clean and comfortable. One of the best parts was the awesome view of New York. The staff was friendly and everything made for a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was poor. The water pressure in the shower was low. Location was more than perfect and compensated all the above.

Loved the room, but I was on 208 right above the check in desk below so it was loud and uneasy to sleep. Room and experience and breakfast were excellent.
