Called several times for towels and batteries for remote control. But what was really disappointed is the fact that the air conditioning was broke and we were promised to get credit for a night. Instead, they sent a bonus for a free night to be redeemed within 6 months, not transferable. We told them we were not coming any time soon and they did not help us. We could have gone to a different hotel if we had known. On a positive side, the chef and other staff very polite.

We liked everything about this property, including location, proximity to shopping, restaurants, ATM’s, in addition to the helpful staff providing information about tours and sightseeing/things to do. The breakfast selections were great, and the view from the balcony while eating breakfast was wonderful. We will most likely book at this property again for future visits, AND will recommend to friends/family who plan to visit Medellin. Upon checkout, the airport shuttle service was prompt, professional, and the ride to the airport was relaxing and comfortable.

Hotel staff unresponsive and unreliable
Hotel main desk staff is unreliable. They charged me extra fees because they claimed I live in Colombia since I was born there. I am North American and lived in the US almost since I was a baby, I was only in Colombia for a business trip. I even sent them my income taxes to prove that I live in the US, they still charged me 200,000 pesos more. Shame. Not staying here again.
