Only good for the airport at certain times
It is a very nice hotel. Clean and good service. However, getting to the airport can be very slow if your flight is at peak rush hour times. Even when i left at 11am it took nearly 30 minutes. If your flight is at around 7 or 8am you need to leave at least an hour. 4 points sheraton is much more convenient

This is definitely home away from home!
Customer service excellent. Cleanliness, on point. Food, amazingly delicious. But what topped it all was that everyone who we came in contact with showed enthusiasm, willingness to help and were all a delight to interact with. This team definitely gets a 10+. Thank you for making my mom and i feel like VIP's

Very convenient location and the service by staff was phenomenal. Downside, noise from the restaurant/bar carried to my fourth floor room and also the step up to the bathtub was very high with no grab bars convenient for stepping in and out.
