I stayed from 3rd to 8th july from Nigeria. The hotel is sparkling clean & very remarkable the staff are very friendly & helpful at all times there is always someone at front desk unlike in many hotels around bonn. The flip side of my experience is haven paid €20 for 2days breakfast & issued receipt but i was later told it was not registered at the point i was rushing to go to airport on morning of 8th i didnt have luxury of time to take out the reciept from my already parked baggage. I had gone to front desk on night of 7th to demand that my bill be cleared as I will not have time to do it early morning of 8th to avoid missing ny flt. I owned up to have taken 2 breakfast as the hotel didnt even have record of that. 2 staff were at front desk (a man & a lady) when I paid a €20 bill but I was told it was not registered & the morning staff was doubting me. I insisted i paid & that i cant open my suitcase for the receipt as i was runing late. He couldnt either get the staff I paid to on phone as it was too early to call her. I would habe paid because i had over $700 cash i was taking back home but i thought the breakfast was even too expensive at €10 euro par day for just tea, 1 croisant and bowl of cereals that I had whatmore having to pay twice! Finally, I told him that my colleague will come to the hotel to pick my left luggage by that timewillwould sorted it out.
Also the noise from the tram kept me awake most time of the night.
