고객입장을 생각하지 않는다.
2박을 하였는데, 1박후에 '당초 예약한 방보다 작고 garden view도 아니다'는 것을 지적하였다. 프론트 직원이 잘못하였다고 사과하며 방을 새로 바꿔 주었다. 저녁 7시경부터 야외 가든에서 결혼식이 있었고, 밤11시가 넘도록 시끄러운 밴드음악 등 소음에 시달리다가 잠이 들었다. 다음에 갈때 또 묵을지는 생각해 봐야겠다.
