Great place Great Service Great view!
Excellent property! I visited with my daughter in November. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The room was large and comfortable and the view was fantastic. The terrace roof is like a luxury cruise boat with lots of deck chairs, hot tub and other loungers with a great view but not as crowded. We had a great stay and the price was very reasonable for all that is offered. The guy at the front desk was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us out. I hope to come back again soon.

Fantastic suites located on the sea front in Ibiza town. Highly recommend this site. However, I didn’t receive any of the benefits that Expedia says I would get with gold status. No room upgrade, no late checkout (asked and was declined even tho hotel isn’t full) no sparkling wine (gold perk)

Everything was great with the exception of the bed bug that we found on the last day. After notifying the front desk, house keeping came up to my room, looked at it and said “Let me get some spray”.

The room and the sea view was amazing. One downfall would be the bed. It was two twin put together. It kept on separating. The blanket should be more thicker as it was thin and too small for two people.

The room was as pictured - light and clean and spacious, unfortunately it was on a low floor (the lowest level which was 1) so right next to the restaurant which meant no privacy on the balcony to enjoy the views (you could literally see what people had on their plates for lunch) and all you could hear was the music from there (although the noise proofing once the patio doors were closed was excellent so it did not interfere with sleeping). The security door at the end of the corridor was very close to our room and used frequently which meant quite a bit of slamming of this which woke us a couple of times, also led to not feeling very secure as seemed to be a thoroughfare to the outside even though it said emergency on it! I understand why as the hotel layout is weird with the lift being the only way you can access some parts(and so you had to wait ages for it sometimes)

This was perfect for our stay. It's very accessible to old town where you need to go to eat !! And only 10€ cab to all the show venues. Great (cheap) scooter rental across the road from it and views of the bay unobstructed. Get the view !! Waking up everyday to that was incredible. The rooms are also massive 1 bedroom apartments fully outfitted and the gym is massive !!
