Rip off hotel.
Arrived to be asked what kind of room we would like. I said I have a booking. They did not know. Was asked to wait, this was so a couple of towels were put in the room. The room was disgusting. Toilet pan comlng away from the floor, water covering the floor. Other things broken or not working and this was the deluxe room. I would hate to see the standard room. We had trvelled all day and asked for food. The dining room was filthy from old dried up food around the so called buffet and the table we were seated at. I could go on and on. We have been travelling around India and this has to be the worst place yet that we have stayed. The people that allow these places on there web site should take a closer look before they take them on Give this place a goant body swerve. ..

Good Location
Location was good close to Auroville beach and on the main road.Building is alright but it's an old construction...Food was good but the rooms could be cleaner as roofs were dirty with visible spiders.. Staff was helpful and hardworking but couple of kids look under age.

Not worth the price
Waste of money. We selected the hotel for swimming pool and the beach. When checked in , we got the information that swimming pool in maintenance and we can use beach to swim :) Rooms are in pathetic condition and wall painting is in pealing condition. Just to post pic in site, they just painted 2 walls. Roof top is not in usable condition. Even DTH is not recharged in room but when we ask for that maintenance team is saying that it is a cable issue and it will take one day to fix. Hope they are thinking we are stupid people. Food is not worth the price. On total it is waste of money to stay in this hotel. If some one is not concerned about cleanliness/hygiene, you can select this hotel.
