Highly overrated! Nowhere near 8 anything!
A newer but very basic property in an industrial area which is convenient for some but unattractive for others. Gravel parking lot. Rooms are small and cheap. Tiny writing table with no lighting and no plug in anywhere near. Cheap, thin carpeting, no shears on wndow facing walkway. Skimpy bathroom amenitiess, straight shower curtain rod, no clothes hook,no kleenex. Only one waste basket for both bed and bath room. All are items one would expect in an 8 plus rating. Reception area and breakfast room are tiny - 2 small round tables and 5 chairs. I arrived at 4:30. Nobody there. I called the number posted and left a voice mail message. Returned at 5:00 and got checked in. No response to or mention of my message. All in all a very basic, clean, well priced property but nowhere near an 8 plus rating.

Clean & building was very quiet. It’s a good deal. The intersection right out front is in ROUGH shape. Wouldn’t want to take a car in here (I have an SUV). Nothing the property managers have control over. The bed was too soft for my liking - if it wasn’t, I would have given them top score.
