Large apartment and well-appointed. Strange layout with shower on the other side of the unit from the toilet, but good furnishings and great location. Lots of room to spread out. Could not use the televisions because instructions were confusing and not accurate, but you are not in Vienna to watch tv. Great place to call home in beautiful area close to everything.

Be warned
The apartment assigned to us was a top floor 1 bedroom apartment, 2 people expected to sleep in the bedroom and 2 in the lounge. The lounge area has a large pitched glass roof south facing, meaning you get a lot of the sun light all day long. The flat is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. However, we had to leave the property after the first night and request a refund, the lounge is not suited for sleeping arrangements, the pitched glass roof does not have proper blinds, it only has a sun shade net that doesn’t cover the entire surface. Moreover on hot days you get a green house effect in the lounge making it extremely hot, specially when the air conditioning machines are not work. In sum, recommended only for 2 guests sleeping in the bedroom.
This was the maximum shade you could get in the lounge above the sofa bed
Note how light the room remains, also only one small centre window can be opened

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. 5 MIN WALK TO SUPERMARKET AND CITY CENTRE. hANNA WAS IN CHARGE OF THE HOTEL AND WAS OUTSTNDING. WE GOT UPGRTADED TO THE BEST APTMNT OF THAT LOCATION FOR FREE. THE DOWNSIDE: ITS A BIT DUSTY, ESPECIALLY UNDER THE BEDS AND THOSE FLOOR RUGS, WERE STAINED AND DIRTY. (MAYBE NOT USING WHITE LONGHAIR RUGS IN A CITY WHERE IT RAINS OR SNOWS IN THE WINTER) AND SOME FLOORCLEANING INSTRUMENTS WOULD BE NICE ON THE PREMISES, LIKE A BROOM OR VACUUM ETC. all in all, we ll be back there, the size of the place was amazing as well as the service. Work on the dust and remove the rugs und you ll get a 5*****, just like that.
