Property is outdated and needs renovation
The staff are very friendly and cordial. They acceded my request for an early check-in. The Property seems old and maintenance is poor. The hot water is the shower is solar powered, so if its raining, you are forced to shower with cold water. The WC in my bathroom was leaking, making the bathroom wet all the time, I complained but there wasnt much they to do to fix it immediately.

Stay was decent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet option is good. For lunch and dinner there is no buffet option. You need to order from the menu.

Good but not. Upto the mark
Cleanliness is very good inside the room, but lobby area and lift need serious cleaning on daily basis. Room service guys are well behaved and hardworking. Hotel is very accessible and has ample parking outside. Dhruv Patel is the best guy in reception.he was courteous and functional and definitely needs a round of applause for his customer service mindset. Bathroom toiletries was of bare minimum quantity and definitely unbecoming to Bestwestern brand. When asked for Iron board was provided but it was super old and in bad condition and without any cushion cloth, I put the towel and used it. Breakfast was just basic but buffet, so I could manage. Room and bathroom was decent functional and managed.
