Absolutely LOVED this hotel and will try to remember it for future stays!!! Very clean, awesome shower and shower pressure, perfect bed, quiet! Slept like babies! Good babies. Lol. And the checkout is 12:00!!!! Only issue was bad remote. Buttons had to be pushed over and over to work. I should have told the desk and I’m sure they would have replaced it so my bad. We also were able to login to our Netflix account on the smart TV 💞

We stayed 3 nights. On the second night we returned to our room and it hadn’t been touched. I called desk and they said was due to Covid. Our dirty towels were in tub and garbage cans were spilling over and bed unmade. We were tired and it was disappointing. She also told me there were towels at the desk I could come down and get. I can understand the extra work but suggest you let the guests know and at least give lay out fresh towels and remove trash. We felt “punished” for staying 3 nights.

Room and hotel was great. Bathroom fan is too quiet and sliding door on bathroom provides no privacy. Really need to change that. Otherwise beautiful new hotel , staff was nice, overall stay was great.
