Disappointed - Cosy Room an understatement
This hotel was amazing the last time I stayed here hence back booking it for my partners birthday. This time however I won’t be staying again in a hurry. The room booked was a cosy room with no window or wardrobe which was fine for 1 night although was costly at £250 for the night excluding breakfast. Cosy was an understatement. The room was approx 8ft by 4ft with a queen size bed which gave a walkway from the door to the bathroom of about 4ft by 1ft and the bathroom was about 4ft by 4ft wife. The room was positioned in the basement of the hotel. There were no bathroom accessories (shampoo, hand wash etc) in the room but there was space to lie 1 suitcase under the edge of the bed, that’s if you didn’t mind placing it right next to the roach catcher that was under there. All in all a great 24 hours in Soho as always but this was dampened by the hotel room and I would advise, at the price I paid, you can get a much better room elsewhere for the price. Couldn’t fault the friendly staff or cleanliness of the hotel but the room ruined our stay this time around.

My new favorite secret
I loved the windowless mini-suite. The hotel is in the perfect location within London... right near all the excitement but this internal room is 100% peaceful for the perfect night's sleep.
