Room is big but housekeeping is poor
Kitchen cabinet is not properly cleaned, limited cutlery and utensils. Light bulbs was blow, dining set was not there and water seepage on bathroom floor when check in, owner was helpful in the beginning to get them partially resolved, the floor remain wet most of the time. The most bothering thing is housekeeping, owner informed that it is every 2 days, in second week no housekeeping even after 3 days and had to call many times to request for housekeeping, difficult to reach out to owner.

The promise was a lie
The address is wrong. Please fix it ASAP. The receptionist was not that helpful (they cannot speak english and they looked like they don't really care about our well-being). They didn't even know whether we had to pay the deposit fee or not. Our room was quite cozy with good view and terrace. Many tv chanel, good kitchen w/ complete utentils and great living room with big bathtub and shower separately however the room was dirty (no room service), no water in the room, no wifi ( the ownwer of the room must lent us his phone so we can connect to the internet), the bathtub was broken. They promise us the room service on the next day but the roomkeeper had never shown him/herself until the day we checked out. The broom was at the terrace but were we supposed to clean it by our selves?
